Working with Media 10 to enhance branding and brand consistency across all touchpoints before and during the event, the Queen's Coronation Festival presented unique challenges. This was the first time an event on this scale had taken place in the gardens of Buckingham Palace—requiring branding sophistication matching the venue's prestige and the occasion's significance.

The event brought together Royal Warrant Holders including Bentley, Hunter, Burberry, Jaguar, and GSK—some of Britain's most prestigious companies gathering in one place for the first time. Our solution

We led the design of graphics for the event, with most literature designed by ikon including day and evening guides, presentations, screen displays, leaflets, boards, and signage throughout the gardens. The Queen even received a personal version of the guides—demonstrating the execution quality required.

We worked closely with Media 10 who handled event management whilst ikon led creative direction and design execution. The main focus was designing the event guide brochures for day and evening that every guest received—creating keepsake materials worthy of the occasion.

We commissioned hand-drawn illustrations to feature throughout the event literature, creating work genuinely fit for a queen. This bespoke illustration style elevated the materials beyond corporate event collateral, establishing visual identity that honoured tradition whilst feeling contemporary and engaging. Every detail—from typography selection to paper quality to print finishing—communicated luxury befitting Buckingham Palace.
