
Brief
To create a brochure for each resident of a new housing development near Westfield Stratford City, Cherry Park. The aim was to position the area as more than a location, connecting residents to a lifestyle shaped by what Westfield offers.
Solution
A considered brochure for each homeowner, with a book designed as a coffee table piece within the Cherry Park marketing suite. The cover was red foiled to align with Westfield’s core brand colour, with the concept centred on the Stratford postcode ‘E20’, positioning Westfield at the centre of a connected, multi-cultural hub.


We created a timeline that charts the evolution of Stratford City, combining key milestones with custom illustrations to bring its recent history into focus. From the 2012 Olympics, which elevated the area globally, to cultural moments and high-profile events, the narrative reinforces Stratford’s position as a growing destination.



We developed copy that connects everyday moments with the Westfield offer, aligning retailers with how people actually live. From gifting and evenings out to smaller indulgences, the narrative positions Westfield as embedded in daily life, not separate from it. The story extends beyond retail, highlighting the wider area and reinforcing Stratford as an emerging destination, with landmarks such as the Aquatics Centre within close reach.
