
Brief
Edelweiss approached us with a website that didn’t reflect the exceptional quality of their pianos. Visually underwhelming and unintuitive to navigate, it fell short of the standards expected at their level. The objective was to simplify and elevate the experience, creating a refined digital presence to launch alongside their new piano collection.
Solution
Using Google Analytics and user session recordings, we identified the pages that genuinely mattered and restructured the site around them. Unnecessary content was removed to create a clearer, more intuitive journey. We ensured the design performed flawlessly across all devices, with the same precision and restraint found in Edelweiss’ instruments.
